We are excited to announce that Cryptoken is launching a new and improved webshop! Our mission has always been to provide the best hardware wallets and an optimal user experience, and with this new website we are taking that to the next level.
What's new?
Our renewed webshop offers:
- More details and specifications: We've expanded our product pages so you can find all the information you need clearly arranged.
- A selection aid: Easily find the hardware wallet that best suits your needs and usage situation.
- Improved customer accounts : You can now more easily track your orders and easily request a return yourself in your account. The conditions that hardware wallets must be sealed and unopened still apply to ensure the safety of our customers.
- Improved user experience: Faster loading times, intuitive navigation and a sleek design ensure a seamless shopping experience.
What does this mean for you as a customer?
For privacy reasons, we do not transfer customer data or order history to the new webshop. This means that you:
- You will need to create an account again when you place an order.
- You no longer have access to previous orders through your old account.
Don't worry, we will store your order details and invoices safely locally for another year. This allows us to provide support for your order when needed. Do you have questions about a previous order? Feel free to contact us at info@cryptoken.nl .
For our affiliates
With our new website comes a completely new affiliate system. Where we previously had to exclude certain products for the affiliate commission, in our new system we work with different commissions per product group.
All current affiliates will be transferred to the new system (including previously earned commissions, of course). Everyone will receive an email with an explanation. We will transfer all links and references, so that no commission is lost.
